This hotel stood out as the best during our New England trip. The staff were attentive and friendly. The room was exceptional, with comfortable beds and extra towels provided. It was conveniently located near several good restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, it was the perfect spot for easy access to Acadia National Park and only a short drive away from Bar Harbor downtown.

This hotel is super close to the beach, only a few minutes' walk away. The location on a small side street provides a peaceful atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is very close to all the major attractions in the city. You can easily walk to the Spanish Steps and other popular spots. Plus, it's right next to the Hermes store, so you can do some shopping too!

Everything was perfect.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional staff. Went above and beyond to get an ice-cream from a nearby gelateria without accepting payment. Great facilities, including a kitchenette and complimentary iPad for information. Spacious rooms with self-catering options. Exemplary service from Alessandro, Francessca, Thomas, Igor, and the rest of the team. Already planning our next visit.

We booked this hotel because of its convenient location near the Spanish Steps, and we were not disappointed. It's literally next to the Hermes store and within walking distance of everything. Our room was lovely, with a spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. The service was outstanding, with the staff arranging Vatican tickets and a personal photo shoot in Rome's charming streets. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel offered stylish bicycles for exploring the city.

We did encounter one negative aspect during our stay. The rooftop view was a bit underwhelming, as it didn't live up to the breathtaking description in the reviews.

The hotel had an apartment-style setup, giving it a cozy and intimate atmosphere that felt like staying in a group townhouse. The breakfast buffet was delicious and surprisingly well stocked considering the size of the property. Additionally, the hotel provided an iPad with LTE internet, which was a lifesaver for navigating around the city.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right by the gates with easy access to the historic area, which made it convenient for exploring and dining. Additionally, the view from my room was stunning, overlooking the fort and bay. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was impeccable, and the facilities were excellent. I also appreciated the free parking across the street and the availability of transportation options, such as the hop-on-hop-off trolley, right at the hotel.

I recently stayed at Portrait Roma for a romantic getaway, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. The Colombian staff member, Andrés, made us feel right at home, and the breakfast with a view of old Roma was simply wonderful. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, providing a quiet and discreet atmosphere perfect for a romantic stay. The location was also excellent, and the attentive and friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We even had a dream birthday dinner organized by the team.
